The Riverdale Jewish Project is a group for young adults in the community who get together socially. The group started in 2013 as a joint initiative with Conservative Synagogue Adath Israel of Riverdale, and is continuing to grow each month. RJP is for both people in relationships and those that are single, and participants are generally in their 20s or early 30s. The goal of RJP is for young Jewish professionals in Manhattan/Riverdale/Bronx/Westchester to find a community of other young Jewish adults. We organize monthly Shabbat dinners, holiday programs, and social events, either hosted at people’s homes or fun activities in the community.
